At least, I hope that's what's happening. As for your depiction of Mel, i think it's very close, just the darker penciling makes her look older than she should. As for Peri, yes, even Dicky Howitt who used to do spoof strips of Doctor Who, has made fun of her well endowment. In fact, when they were making light of an Anniversary Special for Doctor Who, they show the wardrobe lady showing Peri her costume, a two-piece bikini, with Peri looking rather perturbed.
