The 10 Doctors: Christmas Special

The 1st Doctor is up to his old yule-time tricks again!

Merry Christmas everyone.

As a side note, at the children’s pageant at church this year I noticed an old convention costume of mine had been donated to the church stores. So according to this year’s performance, a member of the high council of Time Lords was present at Jesus’ birth giving frankencence. Makes sense. It’s a fairly telling point in Earth’s history.

  1. Victor Says:

Haha, drunken K9 just like with the Doctor and Romana I!

  2. Captain Shade Says:

That’s just to kewl. Merry Christmas to you too…And to everyone else as well.

  3. Fizzix Says:

Neet! How often do the Time Lords show up to your Church events? Maybe you’re more important than you think!

Anyway, I was glad to catch up about 10 pages; my intarwebz did something stupid. And what’s with the goofy icons? Weird.

  4. phantom_student Says:

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Rich. Thanks for the Christmas special
Also… “So according to this year’s performance, a member of the high council of Time Lords was present at Jesus’ birth giving frankencence. Makes sense. It’s a fairly telling point in Earth’s history.” That just made me laugh like crazy. Thanks for a good laugh as well.

  5. Pheonix Says:

    Hello Rich.

    Merry Christmas.

Thanks for this, it’s very cool.

    *Hugs*

    Phe

  6. Spiral Says:

And a Merry Christmas to you as well!

:D Time lord council member at jesus’ birth made me laugh.

  7. The Creeping Spleen Says:

A very Merry Christmas Rich. :D

  8. Josiah Rowe Says:

I presume the costume in question was merely the robe, not the collar/headdress? Because that would have looked pretty weird by the stable. :-)

    Merry Christmas, everyone!

  9. Isi Says:

ooh, ten’s changed a wee bit…speaking of which, did you watch votd?
it was sooo sad at the end…
    *sniff*

  10. Wulfae Says:

So votd is done, yeah? Must find to watch…

Merry Christmas, and thanks for the page, Rich! Finally, the truth comes out about the Time Lords true involvement with earth. I really, really hope the head dress was worn… XD

  11. Jay042 Says:

So, the Doctor is spending Chirstmas with himself.

  12. Sean Says:

The 4th Doctor’s got his jelly babies out and Romana at his side. All is right with the world!

  13. Rich Says:

Josiah: It was the robe *and* the headdress, no collar.

Sean: They’re Humbugs, but yeah. :)

  14. gecks Says:

Merry Christmas to and your family Rich, such a treat, i printed this out at work :)

now all i have to do is see if i can find the new christmas episode, which i believe would have been shown quite a few hours ago over in england ;)

  15. gecks Says:

hmm, just throwing this out there, but i was just doing a search on various versions of peoples, The Last Supper (as you do around christmas time) and i thought, doctor who last supper! Brilliant!

    any takers ? ;)

  16. Grandpa Chet Says:

    Gotta love it!

I actually logged on just to leave a Merry Christmas message, not expecting a new page. What a delightful surprise!

And I am not at all surprised about the Magi having been Time Lords. At least one of them. And we probably know who that one was.

  17. metalfanatic Says:

    :D :D

  18. Vespertilio Says:

    Merry Christmas! :D
Thanks so much for the bonus page.

“So according to this year’s performance, a member of the high council of Time Lords was present at Jesus’ birth giving frankencence. Makes sense. It’s a fairly telling point in Earth’s history.”

Now THAT would be worth going to church for! Bwahahaha!!!
    It explains so much…! :D

  19. Evil Midnight Lurker Says:

According to a ficlet I read recently, the Doctor was ALL THREE of the Wise Men. :)

  20. Evil Midnight Lurker Says:

    …And here’s the ficlet in question: http://cadhla.livejournal.com/1393353.html

  21. Manicboy Says:

I love how the 5th Doctor and Turlough are boozing it up in the background (assuringly it’s Egg Nog of course, lol) And Jamie hitting on Peri….. and three K9’s…

Enough to make any Doc Who continuity geeker proud and well this holiday season.

    Cheers.

  22. Sean Says:

Actually, it’s four K9s. Look carefully.

  23. Kelly (the second one) Says:

Adorable and all happy! Thank you so much. I have to head off to work now (bah, humbug) but I hope you can enjoy the rest of your time off today. Happy Boxing Day :)

  24. Kelly (the second one) Says:

Manicboy, my money’s on Advocaat rather than egg nog ;)

  25. Melanie Says:

Lovely, just lovely! Thanks so much! It’s the perfect x-mas gift.

  26. Ron Says:

Ah, Rich, you old devil…I KNEW you’d make some reference to “The Feast of Steven.” Very cool.

I have to ask…the High Council Member who was present at the birth of Christ–was he wearing that silly collar and all?

  27. Revelo Says:

Frankly. Was I the only one who found VotD a pile of S**t? Only good acting and a plot which got better went along saved it from being unwatchable. I’ve felt let down by RTD.

Still. Thanks for this little gift! I hope the next few panels will keep the same high standard you have been working too. :D

  28. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Merry xmas Mr. Morris! Oh yeah, did you see “voyage of the damned” yet?

  29. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

You really thought I’d just say that? Ominoneksistingod! By Peter’s cellery that was retarded! So how’re yer holidays? I got the Hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy books, you know, the ones by Doug Adams, the one who wrote the script of the fourth Doctor story “Shada”? I’m still on the third book sofar. I got a portable DVD player! But enough about me, tell me what’s up! You have unil Dec.30th, comon…you know I’m having a holly jolly xmas hows about ya and yer family?
Les Voe, Sir Austin Forbes, Lord / King / Ruler of the Universe.
P.S. Get that fat non existing red guy who ate my damn Rum and cookies!

  30. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Ah…I’m teasing! No one would possibly tell about there xmas without the guy yer talking to busting his brains out! Ha!

  31. DrkFire666 Says:

Brilliant!!! That is so good mate, it’s wonderful.

If anybody uses BitTorrent, I recommend Downloading “Voyage of the Damned” immediately if not sooner.

  32. herk Says:

    KEWL!
    Merry Christmas :)

  33. Joe England Says:

That’s great, Rich. Have a fun New Year.

  34. Victor Says:

The Doctor also got the last room at the inn! Said so in Voyage of the Damned!

  35. Wulfae Says:

*grin* I laughed at that line, Victor.

  36. Mr Scirev Says:

Pity it had the ending it had..
but I guess there’s still hope for ……

  37. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Who the Hell are you morons?

  38. Flexico Says:

    I love the dialog between 10 and 3. ^_^

  39. Julia Says:

Christmas the best day of the year exept when dr who comes on of course:)

  40. Julia Says:

    Me like the pictures

  41. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Dear Mr.Morris who’s already pissed at my notes, guess what! I’ve printed every page of this comic, coloured by me and my brother, and his girlfriend and placed in a purple binder. I just thought you’d hate to hear my secret. Da Da DDDDDAAAAA!

  42. The Adventurer Says:

Oh, man. I’ve been hoping you’d do an ensemble piece for a while. This is a nice christmas present.

Now… can we have it high resolution Wallpaper size? Pretty Please?

  43. DrkFire666 Says:

    And coloured?

  44. Jonn Wolfe Says:

Oooh. I’d like that for a wallpaper too. :)

Doesn’t have to be coloured. I can do that myself. =)

  45. Sinead Says:

    What a wonderful surprise!
    Thank you Rich.
Merry Christmas to you and Hilary.

(Love the drawing of Hartnell’s Doctor standing proudly in front.)

  46. Ron Says:

    Zaphod, I’m stealing that line–By Davison’s Celary!

  47. Carrie Says:

I can just imagine how your “robe looked up there! What a great feeling to see your old items still being used! I am sure you had a good laugh about that one.

Merry Christmas Rich, thanks so much for this comic and all the little Doctor Who lessons!

  48. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Oh come on Ron, I got from the bloody comic not from you! And plus I said, “By Peter’s Celary” or maybe “By Davidson’s celary”. Jeez every ones a cricket - shit - I mean “Crittick”.

  49. spookette Says:

You know, the whole thing is beautiful, but what makes it perfection is Two and Seven playing the recorder and the spoons together. :D

  50. Liz Says:

I think it’s awesome. Thanks a bunch and Merry Christmas, Rich and all.

  51. tardis-matrix Says:

ha ha ha !! love it

Thanks, great tribute to billy hartnell too :)

  52. Gecks Says:

ahh zaphod, id love to see the coloured result of your bound edition of rich’s story, even if it’s just a photograph of a page, id so love to do the same, but id just botch it up, still mind make my own bound copy, as is

    Happy new year everyone!!!

  53. Aoibhgreine Says:

This is cool! Merry Christmas (3 days late lol)!

  54. Heather Says:

I think you got the wrong end of the stick there, Zaphod. Ron said he liked the line and wanted to steal it from you - not that he thought you’d stolen it from him. I think it’s a great line, too, and may well use it myself. By Peter’s celery! lol

I was afraid to read any of these comments after I found one that mentioned VOTD until I’d seen the show, in case of spoilers. As it turned out, it’s not too spoilery in here yet but as a real spoilerphobe I figured better safe than sorry. :)

I wouldn’t go quite as far as Revelo and say it was total crap - but it was far and away the weakest offering by RTD so far. It did improve a bit as it went on, but there were also some touches right near the end that were just too OTT for my taste - and I grew up on totally cheesy Doctor Who. I think this outcheesed even all the old episodes. Still, at least I got to spend an hour and a half watching David Tennant running around being dashing. :)

  55. Colley Says:

    Do I spy 4 K-9s?
    :D

  56. Ron Says:

Peri better watch out lest Jamie show her what’s REALLY under his kilt….

Oh, and I’m psyched for the New Year–we get the free OnDemand sci-fi channel Illusion, which will start airing classic “Doctor Who” starting in January. First up–”Tomb of the Cybermen” featuring Patrick Troughton and a scene that’s been “homaged” at least a dozen times in “Who.”

  57. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Thanks Heather, but just between me and you…I did stole it from ol’ Ron there! Ha, I’m Just teasing!

  58. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Wait! Ron Ol’ boy, did you say “Tomb of the Cyberman”? OhminonecksistinGod…The channel I watch only starts at “The spearhead from space” to “Survival”!!!!! OnDemand sci-fi channel Illusion eh? Hhhhmmmm…………..

  59. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Dear Gecks, May I ask for a request……………
HOW THE NON-EXISTING HELL AM I SUPOSE TO DO THAT?!?
    I DON”T EVEN HAVE A SCANNER ! ! !
…oh wait, I do. So anyway, I don’t know how to use it.

  60. Stephen Says:

    Joy to the World!

Doctors 2 and 7 performing a duet! (I’ve always wanted one of those) :D
Four K-9s singing (harking back to K-9 and Company)
The dialog between Doctors 10 and 3 (I can imagine both David and Jon delivering those lines)
Jamie and Peri (awww, I hope they end up together…)
The gag between Doctor 4 and the Master (LOL)
10 Doctors, a compilation of Companions (and even the Master) getting into the Christmas spirit (or is that just Turlough?)
And of course the First Doctor wishing a Happy Christmas to all of us at home (even if some of us did take Rich literally, and wasn’t expecting another installment until the new year) :)

    Thank you, Rich!

  61. Stephen Says:

    On the holiday related theme…

I seem to recall one of the Tim Quinn and Dicky Howett gag strips from DWM had Doctors 1-7 (and the Peter Cushing Doctor) celebrating every New Year’s one after the other, with Ace complaining that even she was partied out (funny stuff). :D

Sorry, can’t remember the issue number. :s

Oh, just a small request Rich, if it doesn’t muck up your plans too much (and if it does, don’t worry about it), but I hope there is an installment with the First Doctor on 8 January. 8 January 2008 would have been William Hartnell’s 100th Birthday!

    Happy Times and Places!

  62. Mariana Says:

Well, ‘english’ is not my first language, but I wish you a happy new year and a happy hollydays too, to you and your family, and I use this to say you that I love your comic and make me laugh a lot.

    Thank you for post it.

    Cheers!

    Mariana

  63. Camille Says:

Aww that’s lovely. Merry Christmas and happy new year! May it be filled with awesome episodes of Doctor Who!

  64. Liz Says:

How are you guys finding Classic Who on TV??

  65. Jonathan Says:

Is that 4 k-9s? LOL Brilliant! Merry Christmas!

  66. Gecks Says:

    Dear Mr Beeblebrox

    bugger.

ahh im so used to being surrounded by technology, digital camera’s scanners, either at home or at work, i gotta keep reminding myself, not everyone has access….but your book sounds good, so i’ll take your word for it :)

  67. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

Oh my, my two heads are spinning ! ! ! !
Gecks it’s not you, its the five glasses of rhum,
and plus, I don’t know your email !

    Dear Liz, me young Lassie!
I find my classic Who on BBCK Sunday and Monday mornings @ 2:00am to 3:30am.
    Les Voe, Zaphod!

  68. Liz Says:

Yeah, well, I’d bet you’re not in America, Zaphod.

  69. Stef Says:

Hi. Someone commented in a YouTube video to me about this comic and I came here and I just have to say that this is the best comic I’ve ever seen. No, it’s not just a comic, it’s a shining tribute to every piece of Doctor Who fandom. And I know you’ve heard this before but thank you, thank you for this marvellous, compelling, absorbing piece of work. Please, don’t stop. I cannot wait until the next one! Who’s turning up next? Dodo? Captain Jack? Grace? I’ll stop there ’cause there’s too many that can turn up I can think of that this comment will never end!

  70. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

No Liz, I am in Ontario Canada. Used to be on Betelgeuse five though.

  71. Liz Says:

Yeah, see? We in America can’t see the Classics on tv. They don’t show them.

  72. The Adventurer Says:

But they do sell them on DVD,like how I just nabbed, Doctor Who: The Invasion over Christmas. And I can say without a doubt that was one of my best purchases ever. First off it’s Patrick Troughton, who’s just about the best Doctor ever, second Cosgrove Hall animated the two missing episodes of this 6 part series to astonishing success*, and three its about Cybermen doing what they do.

    Great great DVD.

*I really hope more missing episodes get filled this way and hit DVD at some point. I’d like to watch The Moon Base or The Tenth Planet or Wheel in Space at some point.

  73. Heather Says:

Adventurer - They haven’t filled in the missing episode of The Tenth Planet yet, but a full audio recording exists and I’ve seen the story with a series of stills that works pretty well. They have shots of everyone’s faces (usually with suitable expressions for the scene) to help you identify who’s talking, and there are descriptive subtitles for action sequences. And of course the famous regeneration scene exists. All in all, it made for a pretty good substitute. They’ve done a similar treatment for the missing episodes of The Ice Warriors.

  74. Megalomaniac Says:

    Happy new year Rich!

  75. The Adventurer Says:

Heather - Oh I know about the fact that audio recordings exist for all missing episodes. What I’m saying is I loved how The Invasion took those recordings and dubbed them over brand new episode length animation instead of the usual stock shots way of doing it. Using Animation is a far superior technique I say

  76. Jimbobjiballibob Says:

    4 K-9
    Master:Bah
    4th Doctor :Humbug

  77. lisa-marie Says:

    That’s wonderful!

  78. Lennie Says:

Love it. SO cute and I hope you post more pages soon/

  79. Captain Shade Says:

    Happy New Year!!!!

  80. Chris Says:

Just discovered this yesterday. Gotta say I’m thoroughly enjoying it so far. Great artwork, spot on characterization, practically every character ever to appear in the show, new and old.
Boy is it getting complicated though :) . Let me see if i’ve got everything straight. Currently off the top of my head we have the current story threads ongoing-

The Imperial and Renegade Dalek factions are still at war.

One or both of these factions may be subtly attempting to seize control of Galifrey.

The imperial faction is taking control of a Cyberman faction on Earth

Also on earth in the Cyber base are 4 groups of Companions-

    1) Sarah Jane, Jamie, K9 IV and Romana are escaping the base to get medical help.

    2) Rose and Ace are looking for Jamie

    3) Tegan and Peri? are looking for a way out

    4) Turlough, Susan and a couple of others are Attempting to Steal the Rani’s Tardis

The Rani is in League with the Cybermen but has now run away in the face of the Dalek invasion

Mel, Glitz and Nyssa are also involved, but not directly just yet.

The 3rd and 5th doctors and the Master have linked up with an alliance of some of the universes major races who are planning to team up against the Daleks.

The Sontarons may be manipulating this alliance for their own ends.

The 8th Doctor is slowly uncovering details of a conspiracy on Galifrey, and has met up with Leela and K9 Mk 1

The 1st and 10th Doctors are also on what may, or may not be Galifrey looking for him, Encountering various characters including the medling monk along the way.

The Second and seventh Doctors have been captured by the imperial Daleks while out looking for the Companions

The fourth Doctor is looking for K9 Mk2 on a renegade Dalek ship

The sixth Doctor in on the same ship and has tricked the Renegade Daleks into believing that he is their ‘man on the inside’ amongst the time lords.

The 9th Doctor along with K9 mK 2 and Drax have escaped from the Renegade Dalek ship, in Drax’s Tardis.

That’s one convoluted storyline. :-) Loving every panel, of it through.

  81. Marquise* Says:

4 K9s??? I must have missed something! Merry late Christmass and Happy New Year! I like your story about your old found costume. :) Especially with what was said in VOTD! :D

  82. Heather Says:

Adventurer - I definitely have to agree with you there. The animated sequences are far, far superior to the stock footage/audio only method. In a perfect world, there’d be animations done of every single missing episode. Well, actually, in a perfect world the episodes wouldn’t be missing in the first place, but unless we find a Tardis ourselves we can’t fix that. Getting animations of everything is at least possible.

  83. DQ Says:

Awesome. This needs to be colored in for next Christmas. :) Love Peri and Jamie.

  84. Mr Scirev Says:

I was referring to VOTD actually.

    Happy New Year.
Still hoping to see what happened to Romana…

  85. Lisa Says:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

  86. Mr Scirev Says:

Today I found this Christmas parody video, thought I’d post the link:

    http://www.galacticast.com/2007/12/27/a-copyright-carol/

It’s even got Doctor Who within it.

It’s not the only one they have with Doctor Who, check out this, Rose By Any Other Name (about the return of Rose :) ):
    http://www.galacticast.com/2007/04/16/rose-by-any-other-name/

  87. Gaz Says:

    Cool

And a late Merry Christmas too you (the twelve days aren’t up yet)

  88. Fangarius Says:

Apologies for being late, but Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. What? 2008, and STILL no flying cars?! Seems The Doctor and I have to get to work on that one. Anyway, love the Holliday Image, and hope to see upcoming episodes soon…

Would write more but my TARDIS is acting up again, that’s what I get for using parts from a dog with glasses….

    Fangarius

  89. Rich Says:

    Hello all!

Hope you’ve all had some great holiday time!

We’re back from our visit and I’m just taking a moment to relax and go over some messages. All’s well here, though we’ve got to do a blitz unpacking and cleanup before the Bro in Law and his fiance come over tonight. Just got the cats back from the kennel and they’re settling back in.

Many thanks to all of you for the holiday wishes and I’m glad you liked my Christmas special strip! Yes, there will be much more of the “The 10 Doctors” coming up in the near future, once my schedule starts back up next week.

Haven’t seen “Voyage of the Damned” yet, but it’s all set up on my computer and waiting for me to have an hour or two to spare. Don’t know when that’s going to happen, but we’ll see.

Chris: You’re absolutely right. Thumbs up and hats off to you. This is a good time for a recap. Thank you for that. I might even post something official to help everyone keep up later. Good idea.

  90. Mreen Says:

That’s true, we have 3 more days of Christmas left after today. So, merry Christmas!

Thanks for this page, its wonderful! Love how you put Hartnel’s Christmas appearence from the TV into it [g]

  91. Jade Says:

I jut want to see what my goofy face looks like.

  92. Zaphod Beeblebrox Says:

    ‘ello, ‘ello, ‘ello!!!

  93. DrkFire666 Says:

    A happy 100th birthday to William Hartnell [8 Jan 1908 - 23 April 1975].

  94. Prometheus Says:

Oh man…I’ve become addicted to this thing! I check back every single day to see if there’s an update. You’re killing me! LOL!

This strip is freaking awesome, man. I love every single bit you’ve put into it, and cannot wait to see the next segment. Really great stuff!

  95. bigshowbower Says:

This is a great cartoon, Its got me hooked I cant wait to see what happens, I have notice a recurring theme throughout the various panels you have placed the omega symbol on a doorway and the calling sign for Glitz’s ship in the Terminus part

  96. Captain Shade Says:

Are you hinting that you think Omega may be part of this, in some way? Ewwwwww

  97. Solus Says:

This strip is awesome, bring on page 75!!!

  98. Thomas Says:

It’s a pity you’re only taking TV as canon - Faction Paradox would adore such a convoluted timestream.

  99. Stressfactor Says:

Wait, wait, wait wait…. How did we get FOUR K-9’s? I just went back and skimmed the previous pages just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything BUT…

One K-9 that comes from the Fourth Doctor and Romana
One K-9 that comes from Sarah Jane circa “The Sarah Jane Adventures
One K-9, the original, who comes from Leela

So where does the fourth little robot dog come from?

BTW Rich, I’ve been trying to figure out who that is Zoe is talking to on this page.

  100. AB Says:

    : D love it
it gets better and better =)

  101. DrkFire666 Says:

K-9 Mark III was blown up during the new series episode “School Reunion” [Series 2, Episode 3] and was replaced by The Doctor with K-9 Mark IV at the end of the episode.

  102. joe england Says:

Did anyone else hear that Hartnell’s one-hundredth birthday came and went last Tuesday?

  103. joe england Says:

I know! That’s so neat, for some reason.

  104. Liz Says:

    Stressfactor- I think that’s Susan.

  105. Stressfactor Says:

Oh, okay. I thought that was Susan in the back, to the left of Romana but looking at it a bit now I think that’s Tegan to the left of Romana.

  106. Lila Kooks Says:

    What happens next??

  107. Rich Says:

Things get very busy at work… and once they settle in a little after the h olidays, the story continues!

  108. Jay Smith Says:

There is not enough Squee in the universe to represent the joy of discovering this series. Well done.

  109. Julia Says:

do some more do some more im dying to see what happens nxt:)

  110. JR Tyner Says:

I was referred here from p207.ezboard.com/fbluesclubfrm39.showMessageRange?topicID=897.topic&start=201&stop=205 (The New DR. WHO Comes to Sci-Fi! ) .

I ment to just read the first 3 pages to get a feel for it, yaa, I read the whole thing in one sitting.

  111. sevenTsix Says:

Love your work mate. I just stumbled across the first page and have read the whole thing in one sitting. I’ll be back to see the rest of the story. Thanks for a great story with awesome artwork, keep it up.

  112. JR Tyner Says:

I got most of the replies too, to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I can say that you’ve got a lot of people waiting for the next panel.

  113. Hitbob Says:

hey thats from dalek invasion of earth the merry chritsmas at home XJD! also the K9 choir is funny, another good one Rich

  114. Rich Says:

Thanks everyone! I promise it’s not over, I’ve just had a busy time with my schedule. You know how it is. I’ve got lots more to come, really I do.

Hitbob: Thanks. (actually, the line is from “The Dalek Masterplan”, but I know what you meant! *wink*) and I got the idea of the K9s singing from the little Christmas outtakes clip with Tom Baker, Mary Tamm and the crew goofing off on set. It also ties in nicely with the final shot from “K9 and Co.” where K9 is singing carols to himself in front of the fireplace.

  115. Maverick21uk Says:

just wondering Rich, when you finish this fantasic! story are you going to make any more doctor who stories, hope you do, really enjoying the story, keep it up mate.

  116. JR Tyner Says:

Thanks Rich! I especially enjoyed seeing 1 in Time lord robes. Seeing the Monk again was fantastic!

Hey Rich! I’m doing a “beta” website for the Doctor Who Club I’m in (as in it’s only in a temporary home now, but I may upload it on a regular server for the club down the line)- do you have any objection to your “The 10 Doctors” comic being on our ‘Sites To See’ list? I think it’s becoming one of those things all fans have to check out and read at some point (g)

  118. Rich Says:

Maverick21 - I’m not sure, actually. I have a few ideas for other things I’d like to do. Among them are:

An Andorian Story -I really like the Andorians from Star Trek and I’ve got some ideas for a story about them and their culture.

A Multiple Master Story -Just think it’d be fun, but we’ll see.

OtherWho characters -The adventures of another Time Lord, a creation of my own.

The Crossover Game -Mixing and matching sf shows. The 9th Doctor meets SG1. The 4th Doctor on Moonbase Alpha. That sort of thing. Either all in one colossal story like this, or a series of adventures with different universes colliding.

We’ll just have to see what grabs me when I’m (eventually) finished “The 10 Doctors”.

JR Tyner: -Heh, if any of them could look imposing in those robes, it’s the 1st Doctor. I hope I don’t do the Monk any injustices. He’s a tough character to research.

Mreen: -Oh you bet! Thanks! That’d be awsome! Send us a link when it’s up.

  119. JR Tyner Says:

I know what you mean. I think think John Simm’s Master was closer to the Monk than the Master. I know his acting isn’t to blame, because I’ve seen him in other roles, and thought he was fantastic in “Life on Mars”.

I wrote an Andorian Story once. It explained why we only saw them chronologically before the Mirror Verse/Time line. On the Mirror side, the Andorians are slaves of the Terrains, so when a fleet of advanced Earth vessels accidentally come over to our side. They mistake the normal Andorian behavior on our side as a rebellion and burn (melt), their planet. The ones that survive, flee father into space. They can not find a planet as cold as their home world, so they wear special suits to keep them cool, and they become the Breen.

Out of curiosity, will Spandrell and Engin be making an appearance?

  121. Rich Says:

Hey Stressfactor: You caught me. There’s supposed to be three K9s. My mistake. Problem is, I had originally done a version of this where the 1st Doctor uses the Time Scoop to collect EVERYBODY (Ian, Barbara, Vickie, Ben, Polly…. EVERYONE) including the 4th K9. When I did this one, I reverted to just who had appeared in the comic so far but kept some of the orignal jokes. And 4 K9s was one of them. Didn’t realize my mistake until after.

    Good catch.

  122. Levanta T. Says:

LOL 10. You can’t kill a plot *unless* you’re a Time Lord because you can change the plot by going back and forth in time.

  123. Evie Says:

Yay! Jamie gets to kiss a girl! Too bad it’s not Victoria, though…

  124. jared Says:

i wish you could have this colored so i could have it as my background.
