It's nice to see this side of One. People seem to forget that he was very ruthless when the series started, and was very abrasive with the TARDIS crew. There was a scene from his original story, An Unearthly Child, where, when not wishing for the team to be slowed down by a wounded caveman, he picked up a rock and was only just stopped by Ian Chesterton from BASHING HIS BRAINS IN!!! I was most shocked by this after watching! I'm glad the BBC lightened his character up a bit after that. You have captured the essence of Doctor Who perfectly. Thanks!
