Then the magazine decided to release it as a book - without notifying or paying the writer. There was a huge lawsuit, the writer won, the result of which all copies of the book were to be destroyed... so you only find it used bookstores, one of those rare rate finds. If you have a copy - lucky you. So, not really an example to inspire Rich On the other hand "word of net" is leaking out on this thing, and every fan loves it! Then the magazine decided to release it as a book - without notifying or paying the writer. There was a huge lawsuit, the writer won, the result of which all copies of the book were to be destroyed… so you only find it used bookstores, one of those rare rate finds. If you have a copy - lucky you.
