Meanwhile back on Gallifrey, Damon, the Doctor’s friend and Data services technician, has accidently discovered that someone on Gallifrey is communicating with the area of space once occupied by the Dalek homeworld, Skaro (now destroyed). Commander Maxil prevents him from getting the 8th Doctor’s help.
