This page has me wondering…if the Doctor’s previous incarnations now KNOW about the Time War, wouldn’t at least one of them try to avert it somehow?
The question of memory in other mutli-Doctor stories can be explained away by Time Lord interference/brainwashing, but the Time Lords are EXTINCT by the tenth Doctor’s era.
