The Lord President loses patience with the 8th Doctor and sends him off to wait for the repairs of his TARDIS and suggests he be off while she’s still feeling generous.
Meanwhile, a technician enters the Doctor’s TARDIS.

You know, I wouldn’t have blamed Madame President if, in the third panel, she’d added, “We do _not_ need any more Masters!” And she does have a point, you know; The Doctor might know what he’s doing, but far more than the mere human he appears to be, but even he is fallible. He’s come awfully close on several occasions to leaving things in a right old pickle! Still, as things turned out for the ninth doctor.. She should have listened..

In the previous one they say that the daleks are planning big, and something always gos wrong with the doctor around. D’otter. I agree. The doctor leaves seconds before he blows up gallifrey in the time war XJD
