The 8th Doctor is concerned because very little has been going on. He automatically suspects that something big is on the way. The Calm Before the Storm.
The Lord President, on the other hand, isn’t so concerned.
The Time Lords never are.

I like the Doctor’s expression in the last panel. He’s like “Of course the universe is out to get me!”

In the seventh panel, his finger moving around reminds me of a dalek. Or is that just me?
and of course the universe is out to get him. Maybe even a parallel universe or two ….

I love this page! I love the 8th’s expressions, lol! Especially in the 4th and last panels. And is it just me or are his pockets revealing their transdimensional nature in the last panel? They bulge a lot…
Poor 8th Doctor, he looks so small compared to the President.

I must say, the president is adorable! Forgive my ignorance, but is she from something else in Doctor Who, or is she a character you made up?
